Photos Inspired By August Sanders

August Sanders was a German portrait photographer. He was born in November 17, 1876. He was born in Herdorf, Germany. He was in the military service from 1897-1899 which is 2 years. Sanders learned about photography by assisting a photographer who was working for a mining company. He had a son named erich. Sanders died in April 20, 1964. He died in Colonge, Germany. He was 88 years old.

August Sanders motivated us to take black and white photos. The photos he took was Germans in sad faces. But some people have happy faces. The reason why they are in sad faces because of the world wars. So we took photos to show how the people felt during the time. Which was a depression time for most of the Germans.
